“From Head to Heart“ is a documentary about dancer and choreographer Justin de Jager, founder of the collective Threading Theatre.
The film dives into the world of threading — Justin’s unique movement language — which, for him, has become more than just a technique. It’s a metaphor for life itself: gping through challenges, struggles, and personal growth.
The documentary follows Justin not only through all his recent choreographic work, but also through a deeply personal journey — facing and overcoming an addiction to weed.
